Question #76349 on Ubuntu changed: https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+question/76349
Tom posted a new comment: If you want to uninstall some of those versions of ubuntu then please open a terminal console by going up to the top taskbar and click on Applications - Accessories - Terminal and into the terminal/command window/console type sudo fdisk -l after entering a sudo command it will want your normal user password, not your SuperUser/Root one. The "l" is a lower-case "L". To get a quick help cheat-sheet about a command type " -h" or " --help" after it - this can be useful for checking the validity of advice you are given, which definitely helps if you're a bit paranoid about randomly typing in things suggested by complete strangers (ie wise) for example try sudo -h fdisk -h There's also this guide about using the sudo command https://help.ubuntu.com/community/RootSudo Good luck and regards from Tom :) -- You received this question notification because you are a member of UF Unanswered Posts Team, which is an answer contact for Ubuntu. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntuforums-unanswered Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntuforums-unanswered More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
