Vihar proposed the following answer: You can do it also with Add/Remove or Synaptic Manager. But try the actionparsnip way - there's more fun. To do it open terminal with Applications-->Accessories-->Terminal, paste there the line and hit Enter. You'll be asked for your user password and when you are typing it you will see nothing, it's normal.
