Tom proposed the following answer: Please could you both report this as a bug-report? From the "Help" menu choose "Report a problem" and then your list of add-ons, dependencies and so on will be sent in automatically - then just copy&paste the same title and briefing from here or write something short like that ;) After you've posted the bug-report you should be able to see all the data sent about your machine in a couple of attachments worth scrolling through quickly. Oh and please link your bug-report to this answer to or at least send in the url links into here for us.
