Thanks for the advice, but I believe MetroPCS is truly unlimited, as
they are a D/FW area flat-rate company. However, the answer to my
problem was I forgot to set up the MetroPCS proxy in Firefox as follows:
Proxy: wap.metropcs.net Port: 3128
I am using the tethered connection right now.
