Skype is proprietary garbage so is very hard to support. Everything that
skpe is and does is kept secret behind closed doors so the community can
not help improve it or fix bugs. I suggest you post on the skype boards.
I'm sure there will be some Chinese sype users who type in Chinese who
may be able to help.
Just my 2p worth. Maybe someone else can advise. I hate skype.
