Please start with the first answer i sent to you... you need only to
follow the instructions...
Open a Terminal from the menu Applications->Accessories->Terminal and type
or better select copy and then paste into terminal window row below then press
enter:
sudo dpkg --configure -a
the system will ask you for a password, give your user password when
requested, you don't see nothing when you type it, then press enter.
Please do this...
