No offence Rolf, but when you open a bug in the wrong bug tracker, it
will generally be closed.
If packages.ubuntu.com used Launchpad for tracking issues, I would have
opened a new task for you, but as far as I'm aware, it doesn't.
You could try contacting the Canonical Sysadmins in #canonical-sysadmin
on irc.freenode.net - they may have access to this website, but we
don't.
