Pascal De Vuyst posted a new comment: According to http://openprinting.org/show_printer.cgi?recnum=Lexmark-X83 somebody got it working with one of the Lexmark Z42 drivers, so you could try the gutenprint or drv_z42 driver. The drv_z42 is not included in Ubuntu, so you need to install it manually. Please update http://openprinting.org/edit_printer.cgi?recnum=Lexmark-X83 with any additional information. If neither of these drivers works correctly/as expected please blame Lexmark and ask them for a Linux driver.
