     I see this is still open.  It's true that Linux isn't made to fix an NTFS 
partition and you are better off doing it in Windows.  You created it and use 
it in Windows, right (honest question)?  The manual page on fsck itself says 
"fsck - check and repair a Linux file system".
     If your asking what the Windows equivalent is, go to Windows, right-click 
the drive, and find the tool that checks & repairs errors.
