Not sure what you have... you mean the menubar is there, but only half
shows? Is the other half off the screen and adjusting the monitor would do it?
Has it been resized (if you right-click on it, select Properties, and check
the size, how many pixels is it)? Is the Expand box checked?
Please be more descriptive of exactly what the problem is...
