I'd imagine its 9 hours (9am til 6pm at a guess) 5 days a wekk (monday
to friday)
If you have a number for the support line, why not call them to get the
info from the horses mouth? Good find though duder, people like the
knowledge that they have a line they can call and talk to a human being
rather than forums/irc.
Hopefully people looking for this site via web search engines will bump
into this and use the awesome link
