I think Adobe Reader is the only one that will allow you to edit and
save a PDF. Evince "Document Reader" does not allow the modification of
files.
To get Adobe Acrobat reader go to System > Administration > Software
sources and in the second tab enable partner repositories. When closing
it will prompt you to refresh the package list; do it. then from the
command line you can install it with this command:
$ sudo apt-get install acroread acroread-fonts
