This is part of a marketing campaign and we are free to enjoy and express our feeling :) we are happy with what we have achieved :) You can't make everyone happy at the same time ;) That is just the beginning :) We have a busy cycle coming up and those who complain, they are NOT interacting with the IMPORTANT Posts and trust me, if we are going to listen to each and every opinion, we would be lost. Social Media Channels are made for such stuff. Technical Support and Technical Stuff SHOULD NOT be on Social Media. There are many other support channel like AskUbuntu, Ubuntu Forum, etc :) Thanks for your feedback, appreciate your help! -- Remember: "All of us are smarter than any one of us."
