Hello David and thanks a lot for your email :)

As per this blueprint:
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ubuntugnome-brainstorming/+spec/social-media-moderators
The needed help on the channels where there are discussion between the
users/subscribers and us as team members of Ubuntu GNOME. Twitter and The
Website, both serve as announcement channels. While it is true that we
don't allow for technical support on our Social Media Channels (Facebook,
Google+ and Twitter), we do however answer simple Qs.

Since I have joined Ubuntu GNOME until today, the most traffic is on our
Goolge+ Channels. As per the reports:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuGNOME/CommunicationsTeam#Reports

The growth on our Google+ channels is much more than the other channels.

I do need super active moderators on Facebook and Google+ Community.

I need to contact the creator of Ubuntu GNOME Google+ Page (the owner) to
give me more access as I am just a manager, not an owner. Managers on
Google+ Pages can not give access to other people.

Moderators are not required to post anything like announcement, that part I
am fully in charge of not because I don't trust you (God Forbid) or
anything like that, but because I know what to post and when and how and
for me to do it, is much more faster that explaining that and above all, I
do post the exact same message/post/content on all the channels at the same
time. When there will be more than one person to post announcement, you can
imagine that mess.

So, your tasks should be super easy.

We do need to have an IRC meeting (because most of the new moderators
preferred IRC over Google Hangout - too bad :( ) to talk about the next
step.

Thank you!
