We are half way though uploading core 3.16, any test results at this point 
(apart from installer issues) will just be non-conclusive since they
may be caused by the version mismatch.

Lance, you have been the most active QA team member over the last few 
milestones, I don;t think it would be much of a step up from what you have
already been doing, just adding a few more formal bits, like liasing with the 
release, reminding people to test (you already seem to do that)
and nagging the docs team for release notes!
