This is a major issue - there is currently no way to change themes.
I'll target this for 0.1.X and write a blueprint.

** Summary changed:

- Include ThemeSelector as standard?
+ ThemeSelector not included

** Description changed:

- A proposal would be to include Theme Selector as standard. At least a
- package for it should be available. One of the main concerns by users
- have been the lack of theme support. This would make it a lot easier.
+ Theme selection and management is currently impossible from a GUI in
+ GNOME 3.

+ This link shows how to install themeselector, which allows themes to be
selected and used.
