Currently, we have no Plymouth splash. Because of this I will assume
that either nobody else is familiar with coding for Plymouth or they are
too busy to generate one. I have some experience with Plymouth, so I can
create one. Unfortunately, I have no idea how/where to get this included
in UGR. If JC could open the plymouth code branch to me, that would be
awesome.
