lp:plymouth-theme-ugr is owned by Team UGR, so you should be able to commit to it. The first commit will have to use the --use-existing flag. I suggest you take a look at the things below. We can mod the original Ubuntu package, and then add it as a dependency in ugr- desktop-g3
