Well, I've just found out there ( http://www.gnome.org/applications/ )
that Banshee seems to also be an official gnome application... So, hte
only change would to replace Firefox with Epiphany.

Title:
Install GNOME default applications instead of Ubuntu ones

Status in Ubuntu Gnome Remix Metapackages:
  New

Bug description:
This might sound a bit bold, but if UGR is to be ubuntu's GNOME 3
distribution, maybe it should try to stick to GNOME's default
applications, and thus install Epiphany by default instead of Firefox,
  and Rhythmbox instead of Banshee.
