Unable to remove Notify-OSD

Bug description:
The Gnome 3 Desktop has its own notification system, that working
quite well, but unfortunatly there still are dependencys set for
gnome-power-manager and ugr-desktop-g3 package, that force me to keep
Notify-OSD installed. Its beeing active when using the hardware volume
keys on my notebook, while the displaybrightness prompts the gnome3
notification
