Ubuntu Oneiric uses network manager 0.9 apparently. Since the 1.0 (and
technically 0.4) families will use Oneiric, this will be fixed in 1.0
(hopefully in the rc)

network manager looks weird

Bug description:
I have used the UGR version 0.0.1, 0.0.2 and now 0.1.0, but there have been a
weird thing in both ones.
The network manager between the Clock and the Universal Access button looks
like this if I open it:

Sorry for the quality, but the screenshot function is not working if that
menu is opened.
Is it intented to be like this, or it is just for me?
It is fully functioning, the only problem is the lack of design.
