Bug description:
It no longer makes sense to have the versions of this package synced
with UGR; it presents unneeded overhead, and won't be possible when
we're in ubuntu. We'll only push a new version when we actually make
changes. The first Ubuntu version will be 1.0.0
Additionally, we need to clean the changelogs; there should only be
the ITP bug in there.
