Can't not turn off Wired network in Network setting page, it will turn
on automatic.
在网络设置中不能关闭有线网络，关闭后会自动打开网络并连接
Steps;
1. Connect to wired network
2. Enter into System settings-->Network
3. Click the "ON" button to turn off network
-->Failed. Can't not turn off Wired network in Network setting page, it will
turn on automatic.
