Hi, I found and sponsored the upload :) BTW https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntukylin-meta/0.12 shows that the change has been a move from fonts-droid to fonts-noto-cjk. Are you sure about the fallback choice? if yes, nevermind, and thanks for the fix!
