Hello Jeremy, or anyone else affected, Accepted ubuntukylin-default-settings into xenial-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source /ubuntukylin-default-settings/1.3.14ubuntu0.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
