Bug description:
Add ubuntukylin-live-settings in ubuntukylin-default-settings=24.04 to
configure the new ubuntu installer.
It provide the /usr/share/desktop-provision and
/usr/lib/systemd/user/ubuntu-kylin-installer.service.
