well it's kinda easy, first of all install virtualbox from synaptics and
make sure you have the source of the windows os on a cd or as an image on
your pc

first time you run virtualbox, you are gonna make a virtual machine and
choose the system specs in a wizard, and the first time you un it you'll use
the cd or image to install the windows on this virtual maching,, more
details can be found in virtual box's own tutorial
after that the virtual machine will be running windows or any other OS you
want just like a regular separate computer
