It means DON'T put a comma (,) between googleearth and google-earth package
as in the original example. Look at it, and it will be plain as day why he
received the error message. The packages are in the Intrepid repositories. I
may be wrong on this, but I don't believe that you should be recommending
that someone enable the Hardy (8.04) Medibuntu repositories for Intrepid
(8.10).

If it is easier for the OP, you can also just select the packages using
Synaptic Package Manager.
