You don't give us much to go on. We have no idea of the nature of your
problem, only that you had one.

First, you can get Canonical to mail you a free CD from:
https://shipit.ubuntu.com/
They even pay shipping costs. It takes a couple of weeks.

If you did not burn the ISO properly then instructions are here:

This is a common problem. People burn the ISO as a data disk. ISO is a
compressed format and you want the files inside, similar to what you
would do with a ZIP file.

You may have had a bad burn and can improve things by burning at a lower speed.
