I guess this problem may be related to lucene2 library, which first was in the deb package then removed, and merged to the ubuntume repository. So I checked my original package <http://superb-west.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/zekr/zekr_0.7.0beta1-1_all.deb> which contains the lucene2 library. It doesn't have the issue.
