as-salamu alaykom, Now that the packages: zekr, monajat & probably webstrict are functioning well (I think).
I was thinking that those packages should be put in Debian to get to a wider range of people (ie. those using Debian & distros based on Debian, like Ubuntu). The advantage of that step, is that it would get better reviews, either by Ubuntu MOTUs who do support that people make packages for Debian not just Ubuntu, or by Debian sponsors, and with those reviews we would make the packages better. I just emailed Shaun Jackman (the Debian maintainer of swt-gtk), telling him about the experimental swt-gtk_3.4~M7-9 package that I made (based on his package). I hope that he would be interested in it & upload it to Debian. If that's done, then we could start getting zekr into Debian insh'Allah.
