I made a new package for zekr for Intrepid (and it can also work for
Debian I think). The changes are:
* debian/control:
+ Replaced java runtime packages in Depends field with:
default-jre | java1-runtime | java2-runtime
+ Bumped standards version to 3.8.0 (no changes needed).
* Build-Depend on default-jdk-builddep instead of openjdk
* debian/java_home:
+ Added /usr/lib/jvm/default-java.
+ Changed the order of paths such that free JREs are listed before
non-free JREs.
The package can be found on my PPA:
https://launchpad.net/~aelmahmoudy/+archive
I tested zekr against gcj's JRE, it was fine, except for an error that
it cannot connect to localhost:8929, but that happens only once, a
CTRL+R solves it. I told Mohsen Saboorian about it, and he says he has
a couple of fixes that can be done in beta2.
