Actually, I'm not convinced that westerns "stole" islamic sciences, it's normal that civilizations benefit from one another ! For example, Muslims never knew the catapult until they conquered the jews in some battle, and then they took their catapults, should the jews then say that muslims stole their technology ?! What's wrong though is to attribute someone else's findings to yourself. Besides, I beleive that the main thing that islamic civilization has delivered to the world, is not sciences, rather it is true tawheed, high morals, and generally a great method of life. Those are the things that non-muslims still lack despite all the development that they've got !
