Hi sbm, There is a bug open about a 404 error on the contact tab when you don't have a subscription yet. We'll be getting this fixed right away: https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntuone-servers/+bug/458446 Does the problem go away when you sign up at https://one.ubuntu.com/plans/ ?
