According to the FAQ, all CouchDB databases are synchronized by default: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuOne/FAQ#CouchDB
Can you please clarify what this means? If I want to work with CouchDB and create my own databases, I would *not* expect nor want them to be synchronized with Ubuntu One. >From what I surmise, Ubuntu One uses its own instance of CouchDB, and if I decide to install the "couchdb" package (not installed by default it seems), a completely separate CouchDB (having *nothing* to do with Ubuntu One) would be available to me. Is this a correct assumption? -- Guilherme Oliveira -- This message was sent from Launchpad by the user skynexus (https://launchpad.net/~skynexus) using the "Contact this team" link on the Ubuntu One discussion team page.
