Salam; I also got this problem after updating from Lucid to Maverick alpha. I opened a bug in launchpad and I got a suggestion of a workaround which resolved the issue. I can't find this bug as it was marked as invalid :/ I remember that the title was "ubuntuone can't connect". The workaround was removing a key in the gnome configuration. @++
