The plugin framework also needs the Qt Quick Controls an Layouts files. Not sure if they are included in this package or not. A good test to figure it out is to activate the ABC Import plugin which require these files. Go to Plugins > Plugin Manager > Tick ABC import plugin and check if it's in the plugin menu.

The problem: it was impossible to manage the plugins (see also the discussion on https://musescore.org/en/node/54831). Following a suggestion, I've installed the qml-module-qtquick2 package, and now the problem is fixed. I think that there is a missing dependency. Thanks for you attention.
