Can confirm this bug still exists (in the Ubuntu Universe repository package at least). I am running Ubuntu 15.04 Vivid and using LMMS version 1.0.3-5. This glitch makes it impossible to actually do any editing or use the program for that matter.

I have found a wrokaround and that is to kill/restart pulseaudio and restart LMMS but this only fixes it for a moment.
