that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some
of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test it on a currently
supported Ubuntu version. When you test it and it is still an issue, kindly

and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.

Open/save dialogs do not correctly show accented characters (for
instance, "á", "é", "í", etc.)

Bug description:
I have tested this bug in Ubuntu Lucid Lynx. When I open any open/save
dialog, the accented characters do not display properly. For instance,
the folder "Música" appears as something like "M%3sica" and the like.
