Bug description:
DrKonqi can not automatically submit bugreports to bugs.kde.org due to change
in API.
Corresponding KDE BUG is

Fixes available in v. 4.14.2 and in the new upcoming 4.14.3 (scheduled Nov
14).
Perhaps, package Dr Konqi 4.14.2?
ps: I'm able to find a "drkonqi" package in the list for bugreport, but then
get an error
>"drkonqi" does not exist in Ubuntu. Please choose a different package. If
you're unsure, please select "I don't know"
