The mentioned projects was made with samples from a library other than the default one and this is now fixed upstream by simply removing the projects. Fixed in upcoming LMMS-1.2.0 release.

On my system, these tracks are silent and when I open the settings for those instruments, the waveform for the sample shows up as multi- coloured noise (pic attached). Edit: Flac works but some samples are missing among the demo projects and this needs to be fixed.
