Allow rotation of guides by 90 degrees

1. hover over guide so that it turns red
2. press Ctrl+[ to rotate guide 90 degrees counter-clockwise and
Ctrl+] to rotate guide 90 degrees clockwise (in reality the outcome
should be identical if I am not mistaken)
