Title:
LV2 preset files are not included in calf-plugins package

Status in calf package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
The Calf installer generates several .ttl files containing presets for
various Calf plugins. These have paths such as

  /usr/lib/lv2/calf.lv2/presets-Monosynth.ttl

Unfortunately these .ttl files are not included in the calf-plugins
package, so these presets are unavailable when using Calf plugins in
  Ardour or other LV2 hosts.
