Bug description:
  
  $ sudo apt install blender

  $ blender
  blender: error while loading shared libraries: libopencv_highgui.so.2.4: 
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

  $ ldd /usr/bin/blender | grep found
  libopencv_highgui.so.2.4 => not found
  libopencv_imgproc.so.2.4 => not found
  libopencv_core.so.2.4 => not found

  $ cat /etc/lsb-release 
  DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu
  DISTRIB_RELEASE=18.04
  DISTRIB_CODENAME=bionic
  DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu 18.04 LTS"

  $ uname -a
