Setup window - Save / OK

Bug description:
Binary package hint: qjackctl
Clicking "Save" on the setup window ghosts the "OK" button, leaving
"Cancel" the only option, which isn't exactly true (because it wont
cancel the save operation).
It must be to do with the default states of the button on opening the
window (both greyed).
