Mouse cursor stuck at drag symbol if dragging some program window

Bug description:
To reproduce:
1) Start Krita
2) Point mouse cursor somewhere in the middle of Program window and drag that
window (like with alt-click drag).
3) Mouse pointer "freezes" in dragging-hand symbol and mouse keys are no
more responsible.
To get mouse back, you need to restart lightdm.
I'm using ubuntu Studio 15.10 with Xfce 4.12.
