Bug description:
*after second restart- the bug is not reproducible any more*
I am running Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.
- I create a circle
-> increase the start value in the circle toolbar
-> the start value increases by itself after I reached about 315° until it
reaches 360°
-> the start value is locked
