I will close this. Inkscape prints fine in modern systems.

Bug description:
Ubuntu Precise, all updated, trying to print to a HP Laserjet P1005.
All other programs print Ok.
Trying to print from Inkscape, nothing happens, but in /var/log/syslog
you can see:

Also, printing from Inkscape to PDF works ok...
