This has the following fixes: * Allow configuration of Carla client name when headless (via CARLA_CLIENT_NAME env var) * Fix save missing LV2 files * Fix some wine bridge details This should have been a smaller diff but, per my conversations with the author, a file was erroneously cherry-picked from the development branch and is not used during build time (source/frontend/pluginlist/pluginlistdialog.cpp), so it can be safely ignored from the diff. As such, this contains no new features, but should be included to remove important bugs.
