Public bug reported:

On the pre-release of 12.04 (amd64), the bluetooth-applet does not exist
as it did on 11.04. This applet is typically automatically under the
"Session and Startup" settings, and checked by default. On 12.04, the
applet does not seem to be installed.

I attempted to install the bluetooth-applet, and its dependencies. The
applet/manager fails to recognize my device; a device previously auto-
detected.
